DESCO DRILLING CEO ACCUSED OF HOLDING ₦3M NGO FUNDS — VDM DEMANDS REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS

Two communities recently cried out for help with clean water. So Ratels mobilised immediately and began with the one closest to Abuja — a place called Chikara, after Abaji.

VDM’s team assessed the location and concluded that a solar-powered borehole would cost around ₦10 million. They proceeded to meet with the drilling company, DESCO Drilling Engineering Construction Ltd.

DESCO issued a quotation of ₦4,850,000 strictly for drilling.

To fast-track the work, Ratels paid DESCO ₦3 million upfront, with an agreement that the remaining ₁.85 million would be paid after water was confirmed.

Immediately the money entered, DESCO went silent.

No drilling. No arrival. No communication.

The team returned to DESCO’s office in Gwagwalada. Only the secretary was there — she was handed to the police.

Police called the CEO — no response.
They called his wife — she answered once, then switched off her phone.

The CEO is Jibrin Ndangi Baba, the man behind DESCO — currently presenting himself as a political aspirant.

VDM stated clearly: This is NGO money. RATELS money. Money contributed by Nigerians to provide water for communities.

Ratels does not want a fight — and is sure DESCO doesn’t want one either. So the demand is simple:

No need to drill anymore. Just refund the money.

DESCO’s office is in Gwagwalada — let no one claim RATELS mistakenly paid for “Angel Building.” The goal was water for a community, not drama.

VDM begged respectfully and publicly: Please return the NGO funds. Please do the right thing.

But if the refund does not come, then no problem — the matter will be left for God. Many people already said this is DESCO’s pattern. And unfortunately for him, he didn’t know this NGO belonged to VeryDarkMan.
